Job Objective(s):

The Marketing Consultant is responsible for marketing the campus by working with prospects and referral sources and executing a marketing plan with the objective of maintaining and exceeding budgeted census and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/ GED required; Associate and/or College degree preferred
• One (1) year experience in administrative support role
• Previous customer service experience demonstration of customer service skill set
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
• Competent in organizational, time management skills, attention to details and accurate record keeping skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new applications

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists in conducting tours for prospective customers and serves as initial representative to inquiring parties.
  • Responds to calls and online inquiries, to provide information and assistance to prospective customers during their decision-making process.
  • Maintains accurate records of inquiry and lead tracking, follow up and waiting list management through designated computer lead management system.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing materials.
  • Assists in the development and execution of the marketing strategies and plans under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Director and Executive Director.
  • Assists with projects related to community development and awareness.
  • Assists residents and their representatives with all prior to move-in procedures including completing reservation agreements and communicating move-in information.
  • Ensures a smooth transition of the move-in process to site staff per established timeframes.
  • Coordinates the resident assessment with the RN Case Manager and Assistant Executive Director.
  • On occasion, provides assistance with front desk coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to frequently perform tasks such as, but not limited to, those listed below

  • Move, push, pull and /or lift object weighing 10to 25 pounds
  • Use hands and arms for simple grasping, pushing, and pulling
  • Perform tasks requiring actions of muscles or groups of muscles to walk, stoop, bend, lift and to carry objects
  • Walk and /or for prolonged periods of time
  • Speak clearly and make self understood in face-to-face interactions
  • See Objects closely to read directions, instructions, etc.
  • Hear normal sounds and voices with some background noise to receive verbal instructions, answer telephones, communicate with others, etc.

Environment

Works indoors in a climate-controlled environment majority of the time.

Working Hours -25-30 Hours weekly

The work schedule and hours may vary from week to week. On occasion, you may be required to work beyond the normal schedule which includes weekends.
