Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
  • Market and promote listings to attract potential buyers
  • Guide clients through the process of selling or purchasing properties, providing expert advice and addressing any concerns
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, inspectors, and attorneys

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Prior experience in real estate with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years or older
