As an Automotive Customer Service Rep, you'll be the welcoming face of Integrity Auto Care, making every customer feel like a VIP every Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Your day will revolve around ensuring smooth scheduling and managing service requests efficiently. Fostering customer satisfaction, you'll handle outbound follow-up calls, leaving no stone unturned in delighting our clients. Glide through the office, keeping everything organized while supporting our service manager and team with administrative tasks. Every step you take in this role will be crucial to building lasting relationships with our valued clientele

Here's what's needed to truly excel in this role:

  • Previous customer service, data entry, office, or related experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Experience using a computer with the ability to learn our software
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Maintains a positive, upbeat, and happy disposition
