THE POSITIVE ROLE YOU HAVE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Picture yourself as the cheerful face of Integrity Auto Care, welcoming customers and guiding them through their automotive service needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll skillfully manage incoming calls, scheduling service requests efficiently. Outbound follow-up calls will be your opportunity to express gratitude to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with every aspect of their visit. You'll keep our small office clean and organized, providing essential support to our service manager and staff members with clerical and administrative tasks. Your dedication to delivering top-notch service will help us build lasting relationships with our valued clientele


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Previous customer service, data entry, office, or related experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Experience using a computer with the ability to learn our software
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Maintains a positive, upbeat, and happy disposition
