Responsibilities
  • Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
  • Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
  • Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • As an engaging Broker at Windermere Real Estate, we are looking for the following qualifications:
  • Licensed real estate agent with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to provide sound guidance to clients
  • Driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and real estate software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years or older
