We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator/ E-commerce assistant to provide essential assistance to our sales team and E-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales department, as well as assisting with various duties involved in running our E-commerce operations. Current students working towards a degree with a desire for valuable hands on experience in an exciting and fast paced industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist E-commerce administration by fielding customer service inquiries, ensuring accurate inventory, following up with customers on order discrepancies, and streamlining organizational processes.
  • Assist sales teams with administrative tasks by providing contracts, invoices, and other materials through Whatsapp.
  • Respond to sales rep inquiries and provide necessary assistance for operations to flow smoothly.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for various business projects.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation activities, including research and outreach.
  • Maintain and update the sales CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • E-commerce and graphic design experience is desirable.
