Location: Tulsa, OK (In Person)

Position Type: Part Time

Hourly range: $13.00 to $15.00

Responsibilities:

  • Front desk reception, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and directing phone calls in a professional manner;
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, and data entry;
  • Maintain client records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of Argent Trust Oklahoma-Tulsa office; and
  • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Entry level position. High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a similar office role is not required but advantageous, specifically customer service or client-facing experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload;
  • Proficiency in using the office suite of products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; and
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Positive and collaborative work environment with supportive team members
