Our objective is to deliver quality investment services that incorporate fiduciary management principles and ERISA best practices. We seek to protect and provide solutions to our plan sponsor clients. 

Implementations Coordinator Job Description:

Assist with aspects of onboarding  LeafHouse’s services for clients with their retirement plan providers. Work with an established team to provide satisfactory client service to our partners and clients. This role is located in person in Austin, TX. Starting salary for this position is $50,000, dependent on experience.

Roles/Duties:

  • Onboarding LeafHouse at providers when engaged with new business
  • Update internal database and use customized dashboard to monitor transition and client status
  • Monitor the transition period and update the client and/or financial advisor with important details
  • Attend provider calls, when required, during client’s transition
  • Facilitate the transfer of the client from Transitions Team to Service Team
  • Assist with quarterly reporting and audits
  • Perform investment change duties when required
  • Assist provider partners with investment-related issues if they arise
  • Maintain team inbox during assigned shift
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries from external and internal contacts in a professional and constructive manner
  • Meet deadlines and responsibilities for both team assignments and individual tasks
  • And other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Desirable Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Experience with Microsoft suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with a CRM program preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (all majors encouraged to apply) or 2 years industry-related experience
