Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and provide initial assistance with inquiries.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for legal staff.

Document Management: Maintain and organize legal documents, correspondence, and client records.

Administrative Support: Assist legal professionals with various administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

Office Coordination: Ensure the office runs smoothly by monitoring supplies, coordinating deliveries, and handling office logistics.


Requirements

Previous Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist in a legal setting is advantageous.

Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
