Job Title: Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney Midlevel

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Salary: Starting at $225,000+ depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment: Hybrid 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH

Term: Permanent / Fulltime

Position has Partnership Track

Licensed and good standing in Illinois

Billable hour requirement: 1,850 Client Billable Hours 150 can be pro bono, business development, or Diversity and Inclusion work.

In addition, the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials
  • 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm.
  • Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred.
