A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER:

Bonita Bay Club's Restaurant Manager will be responsible for training and supervising service personnel and will be accountable for a positive member restaurant (s) experience. Will positively motivate service staff and coordinate a smooth and timely service delivery of quality food and beverage, in both ala carte and catering environments.


JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of previous event or food-management experience
  • Must have 2 years experience in a food and beverage management role.
  • Must be highly organized, accurate, and task-oriented
  • Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends, as required
  • Must have the ability to make independent decisions and be a creative problem solver
  • Requires excellent written, oral, and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work for long periods of time on their feet and have the ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a drug test
