JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiting Coordinator (6-month) will play a critical role in the talent acquisition process by supporting all aspects of hiring. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, including room reservations, technology setup, and travel arrangements if necessary.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics
- Work closely with our recruiter, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist with job postings on various job boards and company websites.
- Work with management on talent planning, partners with hiring managers to post all open positions in the ATS; evaluate and disposition candidates
- Perform screening and interviews of qualified candidates
- Participate in recruiting events to identify and evaluate applicants that support recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Develop and manage internal employee referral program
- Support short and long-term recruiting strategies through headcount planning activities
- Conduct research on recruitment standards and monitor new trends and opportunities
- Assist the Human Resources Department with other administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Follow established processes and systems to ensure compliance with policy, procedure, or legal requirements
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics code
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
- Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School Diploma/GED) or relevant military/work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
Experience:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to scan, identify talent/skills with a large volume of resumes
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as the ATS Clear Company and HRIS ADP Workforce Now
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; compelling and authentic
- Dependable, humble, have a sense of humor and a commitment to Adient Aerospace’s mission
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills with a high sense of urgency, demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple requisitions concurrently
- Ability to be flexible to change and adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
