We're looking for an awesome Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our engineering team temporarily (2+ months), with a strong possibility for the right candidate developing into a longer-term or full-time position


About You:
 • You're a whiz at picking things up quickly and adapting to new challenges.
 • You have at least a few years of administrative experience and strong attention to detail, keeping things organized and running smoothly. ️
 • You have strong Excel skills and have worked with MSFT Outlook.

  • You are legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship 

 (Bonus points) You've worked in an architecture or engineering office before and/or are familiar with BillQuick software for efficient invoicing and accounting tasks. ️

 

What You'll Do:
 • Be the glue that holds our office together Ordering supplies, keeping the office tidy, working with property management.
 • Support our team, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and emails, scheduling, assisting with A/R & A/P, and handling general communication.
 • Assist with project management tasks and keep things on track.
