The job and responsibilities of the Distribution Coordinator:
• Print, organize, and process inbound paperwork: purchase order(s), transfers, etc.
• Release, print, organize and process outbound paperwork: sales orders, transfer orders, BOL’s
(including shuttles), packing lists, etc.
• Investigate order release issues
• Complete location movement & inventory adjustment transactions as requested
• Scan then file documents electronically
• File paper documents
• Update Inventory Statuses as needed
• Run & Firm Planned Transfer Orders• Frequently monitor e-mails; completing (or delegating) requests in a timely manner
Qualification requirements for the Distribution Coordinator:
• High School diploma or equivalent. • All candidates must be able to read and comprehend English.• Basic math, writing, and reading skills needed. • Experience with Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook required.• Work with chemicals, obtain steel toe shoes, follow dress code, and follow all applicable policies related to attendance/job performance.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Execution of activities as assigned.
• Responsibilities involving food safety, when required.
