Who We Are:

ALSO Arts is dedicated to enriching lives through creativity and inclusivity. We are looking for a dynamic Lead to manage our vibrant gallery in the heart of Troutdale. As the Lead of ALSO Arts, you will be instrumental in fulfilling our mission by overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our community arts program.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth and safe running of the studio, handling tasks such as maintaining financial records and ordering art supplies.
  • Create an Engaging Environment: Foster an inspiring and inclusive space for all artists, organizing studio supplies, and optimizing the studio layout.
  • Facilitate Creativity: Support ALSO artists in expressing their creativity, ensuring that art is accessible to everyone.
  • Community Outreach: Enhance ALSO's brand perception by aligning ALSO Arts with our core values and driving community engagement initiatives.

Compensation: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work approximately 30 hours per week and is fully benefits eligible. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required to support ALSO Arts events and activities.
