ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and product recommendations.
- Upsell products and services, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Communicate empathetically and professionally across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and shipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications and/or Social Sciences preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience and/or training.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ecommerce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and accurate data entry.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work with confidential information.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and ability to manage a flexible schedule.
Other: Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
Requirements:
