ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and product recommendations.
  • Upsell products and services, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
  • Communicate empathetically and professionally across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and shipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications and/or Social Sciences preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience and/or training.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ecommerce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and accurate data entry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work with confidential information.
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and ability to manage a flexible schedule.

Other: Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
