Job DescriptionJob Description

Join our team at the Heritage Hotel as a Restaurant Supervisor. Open availability, weekends and Holidays. Full Time.

Compensation:

$17 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and directs restaurant staff. Interacts with guests to ensure a positive experience
  • In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, carries out the daily operation of the restaurant ensuring effective communication of all required standards and procedures to all restaurant employees
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service
  • Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Maintain quality control for all food served
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience
  • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products
  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
  • Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
  • Book events in the private dining room & ensure proper deposits are taken
  • Ensures all daily checklists are completed for front-of-house and culinary staff
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Prior restaurant or food & beverage supervisory experience
