Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and manage staff, including onboarding new hires, planning shift schedules, and managing leave.
    • Supervise staff performance, provide feedback, and make personnel decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure prompt and friendly customer service, and communicate well with customers and staff.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Operations
    • Supervise food preparation, display, and delivery, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients.
    • Manage inventory, order food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies, and ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Bartending and Bar Operations
    • Prepare and serve drinks, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
    • Develop and implement drink menus, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about drink offerings.

Qualifications

  • Prior food and beverage supervisory experience.
  • Prior bartending experience.
