JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Evaluation Coordinator will collaborate with the Data Reporting Specialist and Program Data Analyst to implement comprehensive evaluation and assessment plans to support educational programming and strategic priority areas within the National FFA Organization. The Program Evaluation Coordinator will collaborate to execute effective strategies to evaluate and assess various measures of competency-based performance, program efficacy, and programmatic and organizational outcomes. The Program Evaluation Coordinator will collaborate in the design and lead in the implementation of multiple evaluation and assessment processes that run simultaneously with internal and external stakeholders. Another function of the Program Evaluation Coordinator position will be to statistically analyze data and articulate findings through timely, accurate, and thorough reports.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND FUNCTIONS:

  • Operate Excel proficiently and additional analytical software daily (Qualtrics, ESpatial, etc.).
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information.
  • Write reports and present findings in front of small and large groups.
  • Structure extensive data sets to find useable information.
  • Coordinate with the team in the development and execution of organizational evaluation projects.
  • Develop and execute programmatic and organizational assessments and evaluations.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to understand programmatic needs and design assessment indicators.
  • Display interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication and project management skills.
  • Interact, influence, and work with a diverse group of internal/external people.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and/or external customers.
  • Prioritize, organize, use time-management skills, and be adept at multi-tasking.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-confidence, and must be coachable.
  • Manage vendor relationships as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree required.

EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years of relevant experience in programmatic assessments/evaluation processes. Proficient experience in statistical analysis, data management, and report writing. Research design and implementation experience preferred.
