Job Summary: The Brand Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, growth, and scaling of the new brands Madrivo builds internally. This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual who can manage end-to-end brand operations, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives, and driving the brand's success in the market. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in cross-functional collaboration, creating and executing plans that turn business strategies into reality, and ability to identify and improve operational efficiencies. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Internal Sites to define the brand vision, mission, and positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the different brands, ensuring all activities are aligned with the brands’ strategies.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure products align with brand standards and market needs.
  • Coordinate product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance and publisher/sales team feedback to inform future product development.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling site content and promotional materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track brand growth and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal brand activities and communications.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the brand experience.
  • Ensure all brand activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the brand’s reputation and operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical or marketing operations.
  • Proven ability to turn business strategy into reality by crafting cross-functional plans, managing resources and milestones.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage third-party contractors to meet budget, deadline, and communication standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills. Great interpersonal skills in-person and remotely.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • Desire to learn and become an expert in marketing principles and brand development.
