The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support for assurance of delivery to national and international customers.Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of special cargo including sea and air cargo
  • Daily coordination of delivery dates with customers, production, demand planning and sales
  • Ensuring a daily transmission of correct ASN's to the customer
  • Responsible for handling customer portals
  • Assurance of order acceptance, complete order processing and delivery to national and international customers
  • Timely and careful handling and clarification of customer requests
*$18.00/hour
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Advance experience with Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP or PMRS is preferred
  • Experience with customer relations and order handling in international markets
  • Ensuring daily handling of incoming EDI messages
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written
