Helpdesk offering in-person, on-phone, and virtual/remote support for hardware and software issues.
5 + years of enterprise IT experience supporting at least 200 users.
Enterprise remote mobile device management.
Enterprise user equipment provisioning, installing, maintenance smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP, and POTS phones.
Enterprise asset inventory management, including procurement, assignment, retirement, and disposal.
Printer management local and network printer setup, installation, troubleshooting.
Authoring and upkeep of documents for User Guides and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Audio/video conferencing equipment support and maintenance.
End-user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos.
Maintenance of METROLINK locomotive passenger WIFI, passenger information, and automatic
passenger count systems.
Lift up to 40 lbs.
Valid Class C Drivers license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUIs within the last three years.
