One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join their team.

The Guest Experience Specialist is a vital member of the Concierge Team at Woodstock Inn & Resort. This role is dedicated to enhancing the experience of all our guests by providing personalized service and building lasting relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily Concierge Desk Support:
    • Learn and assist with daily Concierge desk responsibilities.
    • Work closely with the team to offer support as needed.
    • Manage amenities, dinner reservations, and provide information about the Inn and surrounding area activities.
  • Iprefer Member and FH&R Engagement:
    • Personally connect with all Iprefer and FH&R guests to understand their history and preferences.
    • Create and maintain a database to track member information.
    • Develop dossiers on each member for distribution to Resort Teams prior to their stay.
    • Send birthday and anniversary cards to members.
    • Write personalized welcome notes for each visit and customize their stay.
  • Frequent Guest Services:
    • Expand the personalized service model to frequent repeat guests.
    • Provide the same level of attention and personalized service as given to Gold Eagle Members.

  • Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

  • Strong computer skills: Proficiency in relevant software and databases.
  • Problem solver and creative thinker: Ability to find innovative solutions to guest needs.
  • Team player and collaborator: Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
