This position demands a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock levels and reordering needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage and track orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes and pricing for customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing parts-related questions and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with mechanics and technicians to identify parts requirements for service orders.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and optimize stock levels.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a parts coordination or inventory management role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts safely when necessary.
