Responsibilities:- Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
- CRM and case management software experience a plus
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
