As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an efficient and effective supply chain process. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and distribution. Your goal will be to optimize the flow of goods and services from the supplier to the customer, while minimizing costs and meeting customer demands.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support company objectives
  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of materials, equipment, and services
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and minimize carrying costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and effectively plan production schedules
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators to measure supply chain performance


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management principles
  • Proficient in utilizing supply chain management software and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
