JOB SUMMARY
Window World Contact Coordinators (CCs) will work with both current and potential customers. Day-to-day, you will manage inbound/outbound calls and work within a customer database (CRM) to record customer data and schedule appointments. You will also troubleshoot product and service issues across departments by clarifying and documenting customer complaints and ensuring the customer is sent to the correct department for resolution. Energy and positivity are a must, with a customer-first mentality to create positive experiences for all Window World customers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At Window World, we take pride in our customer service As the Window World of Youngstown Contact Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
Convert customer inquiries from various communication channels into in-home sales appointments.
Managing multi location calendars for our Window World design consultants.
Transfer calls to correct departments based on inquiry or issue.
Accurately create and update customer accounts and input records of customer interactions into CRM.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace.
