SUMMARY

As a Data Entry Quality Associate, you play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data entered into our systems. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and validating data to maintain high standards of quality and reliability. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our data management processes.


ESSENTIAL FUNCITONS:

  1. Data Verification and Validation:
    • Review and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness related to SaniSure product specifications.
    • Ensure adherence to data entry guidelines and standards as outlined by SaniSure procedures. .
    • Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in data entries related to SaniSure product specifications.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Perform quality verification checks on completed data entries to maintain data integrity.
    • Monitor data entry processes to prevent errors and inaccuracies.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of validated data entries and quality assurance activities related to SaniSure product specifications.
    • Generate reports on data entry accuracy and quality metrics.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulations.
    • Safeguard sensitive and confidential information during data entry and validation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in data entry, data validation, or quality assurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., Excel, databases).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field or 2 to 4 years work experience preferred, not required
