Summary:

Join The Sebastian Vail as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, where you'll oversee operations across our various F&B outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every point of sale, from our restaurant to in-room dining and bar service.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year-Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and train a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and financial controls to optimize operations.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage while minimizing overtime.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, enhancing guest relations and loyalty.
  • Conduct daily briefings, share operational updates, and ensure staff is informed of specials, VIPs, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards across all F&B points of sale.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. Experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets is a plus.
