Your Role as a Legal Intake Specialist:
As a key member of our legal team, you will provide essential support to our attorneys and paralegals in handling legal intake and customer service calls. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, coordinating with clients, and assisting in trial preparation. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in ensuring smooth operations within our firm.
Qualifications:
Join our team as a Legal Intake Specialist and contribute your expertise to our reputable law firm. We require 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting. Previous experience in this field is preferred, but not mandatory for consideration. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in phone etiquette along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and collaborative teamwork is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential and legal research databases is a bonus. Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct are paramount.
