Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Coupa Functional Analyst to provide support, including troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, and performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and business processes. The candidate would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support regression testing of new Coupa releases
  • Design and test assigned reports
  • Monitor integration issues in Production, and work with business users and the scrum team on the issue resolution
  • Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
  • Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release
  • Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
  • Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
  • Identifies resources required for each task.
  • Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies.CitizenshipUS Citizenship or a Green Card is required.


Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
  • Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
  • Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills
