Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
