Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Childcare Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

As a Childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, foster a love of learning, and support the social and emotional development of each child. Your role will involve collaborating with fellow teachers, communicating with parents, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children in your care.

Duties

  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans that promote developmental goals.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned by management


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about working with children and fostering their development.
