  • Leading an Agile Scrum Team
  • 1 BA to 5-6 Developers and 1 Product Owner
  • Will run certain Scrum ceremonies to guide the team towards delivering the end products
  • This position will be over two teams which will be grouped together with another Scrum Mater with another two teams that will be under 1 Product Owner
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Enable effective flow of communication from team leadership to stakeholders and end users
  • Innovation and Best Practices from other Agile/Scrum teams
  • 2+ years in Scrum master role
  • Experience managing large, complex projects, managing multiple teams or a team within a larger program
  • Adept at meeting facilitation, conflict resolution and empowering themselves and their team
  • Experience with Azure DevOps would be preferred (creating dashboards with metrics, pulling data from ADO)
  • Experience building and/or leading new Scrum teams
  • Preference would be that they have managed teams working on data projects, but is not required

Day-to-Day:

  • Scrum ceremonies vs. Developing scrum team: both will be heavily important
  • Utility/Retail Industry experience: preferred, but not required
  • Candidates who moved from PM to Scrum considered? Yes (same for BA to Scrum Master or Product Owner to Scrum Master)

Ideally: Certified Scrum Master Level I

Interviews: 2 interviews (likely to be a phone screen and then a panel with existing team members)
