Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated CyberArk PAM/IAM Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing and managing privileged accounts. This role requires a vigilant individual who can continuously monitor security threats and stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends. The ability to communicate complex security issues in layman's terms and provide actionable solutions is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a roadmap for PAM implementation.
  • Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) and EPM solutions using CyberArk technology.
  • Conduct complex security audits, vulnerability assessments, and privileged account reviews.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents involving privileged accounts.
  • Implement, coordinate, migrate, and onboard all aspects and phases of CyberArk's Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
  • Manage privileged accounts, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, AIM, EPM, Secrets Management.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineers, vendor support, and target system administrators to implement CyberArk.
  • Interface with internal teams to onboard service accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle regarding privileged accounts and how people use accounts.
  • Define SoPs - Standard Operating Procedures and Policies pertaining to PAM.
  • Creation of privileged Inventory & implementation of Use Cases.
  • Develop standards and approaches to enable seamless and secure integration of PAM solutions.
  • Active Directory Hardening and Auditing.
  • EPM (Endpoint Management) design deployment.
  • Policy development, SET configuration and create baselines.
  • EPM agent deployment and roll out.


Requirements:

1. Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with CyberArk products, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, AIM, EPM, and Secrets Management.
  • Familiarity with Linux security and privileged access management.
  • Scripting skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

2. Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CyberArk implementation and administration.
  • Exposure to cloud environments and integration with CyberArk.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles.

3. Certifications (Preferred):

  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) (Defender and Sentry)
  • CyberArk Certified Trustee (CT)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

4. Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
