We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Services Manager to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining efficient operation, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional support to our clinic coordinators and home therapy teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory and leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a background in employee management.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee the inventory and supply ordering process across all clinic facilities.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support for all coordinators and home therapy employees.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the collection of all time-of-service fees due at scheduled appointment times.
- Scheduling Systems: Proficient in and oversee the efficient use of all applicable scheduling systems, including maintaining waitlists and schedules to achieve productivity goals.
- Administrative Workflow: Oversee the daily workflow of the administrative department.
- Employee Development: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and check-ins with direct reports.
- Strategic Planning: Strategize 6 months to 1 year out, actively contributing to building the Departments plan and structure.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years of referral, insurance, or intake experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or another related field.
- Experience: Management experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel between clinic locations (IL and IN)
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of employee management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Currently there will be 1 person sitting in 2 seats; therefore managing medical and behavioral support services. As we grow, we will look to have it be 2 full-time positions with 1 person in the behavioral support services manager seat and 1 person in the medical support services manager seat.
- Prior management experience preferred but not mandatory
