Pay & Benefits

- Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a $1,000 sign-on bonus payable in installments.
- Hourly Rate: Earn between $14 - $18 per hour, depending on your education and experience.
- Work Schedule:
- No evenings, weekends, or major holidays required.
- Benefit from a consistent full-time schedule with flexibility: work either 4 10-hour days (giving you an extra day off each week) or 5 8-hour days.

Job Responsibilities

- Engage with children ranging in age from infancy to age 3.
- Supervise children in the classroom.
- Foster social and emotional skills development in children.
- Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Track and document children's progress and development.
- Offer individualized attention to each child.
- Assist in organizing and implementing special activities.
- Assist in the preparation of meals for the children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss their children's development and address concerns.- Participate in professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.

Job Requirements

- Possess 2+ years of experience with children (babysitting and nannying included).
- Ability to lead and facilitate activities that promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Knowledge of current best practices in early childhood education.
- Create and implement lesson plans to meet children's educational and developmental needs.
- Manage children's behavior positively and respectfully.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.
- While not required upon hire, obtain First Aid and CPR certification through our paid training.
- Maintain standards for licensing, including physical & TB tests and all necessary clearances.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
