The Learning Village of Mars is seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Director to join our team. The Director will ensure the health, safety, and quality education of our students. This role involves supervising staff to ensure that curriculum and classroom activities are effectively delivered and that the needs of students and the goals of the center are met. Join us in supporting the families of our community and being part of the excitement of a growing local business
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate responsibility, care, and dedication to the role.
- Possess a strong understanding of child development.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in computer skills and the use of office equipment.
- Hold a minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education, child development, or another human services field. Degrees in related fields with 30 credits in ECE and relevant experience may be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Review and approve teachers' lesson plans, observations, and children's individual planning.
