We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, scheduling experience, and excellent phone etiquette.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate nursing visits and personal care services for our clients, ensuring they receive the care they need.
  • Manage staffing for our Skilled and Medicaid Clients.
  • Manage phone and email communications, data entry into the scheduling system, and general office duties.
  • Uploading and Reviewing Nursing Notes.
  • Making sure we're in compliance with our policies. Grading quizzes and maintaining records of licenses, etc.
  • Performing reference checks for New Hires.
  • Other Duties as assigned by your supervisor.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday in office. This position requires you to work on call one weekend per month. As well as working on call after hours a few days per week. 


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working within a healthcare office setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations.
  • Detail Oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • Time management and prioritization is key.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone lines.
  • Computer skills are a must - Outlook and Excel experience is helpful
