A DAY IN THE LIFE IN FULFILLMENT & STOCK AT STAN'S

In E-commerce fulfillment & Retail Stock, you find and ship our world-class shoes to our amazing customers nationwide. You must enjoy being organized to keep track of orders while printing packing slips, sorting/picking merchandise, packing boxes, generating shipping labels, labeling boxes & coordinating pickups with shipping carriers. You communicate and work with our e-commerce customer service team members to maintain efficient and clear customer communication. Your expert shoe stockroom knowledge and organizational skills help our team meet and exceed sales goals. Once shipping is completed for the day you jump into other stockroom tasks for our three stores at our Brookfield location. You love being a member of the team and seeing your hard work reflected in your paycheck

RETAIL STOCK & E-COMMERCE FULFILLMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfilling daily orders including assisting with pick list management, printing and organizing packing slips, finding/sorting/picking merchandise, packing boxes, generating shipping labels, labeling boxes & coordinating pickups with carriers.
• Communicate and work with customer service team to maintain efficient and clear customer communication
• Scanning Inventory into computer system
• Loading and unloading of delivery trucks
• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area
• Perform routine housekeeping duties (sweeping floors, emptying trash, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladder
• Willingness to work as a team to pitch in whenever needed
• Respect for space, other colleagues, customers, and the Stan's brands.
• Shopify, Google Suite, WooCommerce, and Shipstation Experience helpful, but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

This e-commerce/stock position typically works weekday, daytime shifts, 40 hours per week. Our store closes at 7 pm on weekdays, 6 pm on Saturdays, and 5 pm on Sundays. Our stores are closed on all major Holidays.
