**Job Summary:**
The Housekeeping Director at Onix Hospitality will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping operations within the organization. This role involves managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, and implementing procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience working in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to housekeeping activities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards.
