Stephens Dentistry, located in Evanston, has been offering top-tier dental care for over six decades. Our current dentists, Dr. Montoya, Dr. Raibulet and Dr. Lander, are in need of a strong dental front desk person. We are happy to train the right person. The right person will be positive, outgoing, have a stable work history and must have a strong customer service background. Dental experience preferred.

Hours: Monday 7:00 - 4:00 pm (until last patient leaves) Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8-4:00 (until last patient leaves).

Duties include: telephone communication (incoming and outgoing), confirming appointments, collecting insurance information, updating medical histories, recare calls, greeting clients, resolving issues with compassion, patient walk-outs, insurance deposits, treatment plans, correspondence, coordinating team lunches, marketing of practice, patient dismissal, and overall excellent client care.
