Griswold Home Care, named a 2023 Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider is looking for those wonderful Caregivers who will work "SHORT HOURS." The accomplishment of 2023 Best of Home Care is only awarded to a select group of businesses that meet the highest standards of care for their clients.
Short hours may be 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours - 1 to 7 days a week.
Perhaps you work another job and have some time to help our Seniors remain in their homes safely with compassion and care. Or perhaps you are a mother or father and want to only work "school hours."
Griswold is looking to fill many part time hourly positions in the Metrowest-Boston area including Boston, Newton, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Needham, Waltham, Watertown, Concord, Belmont, Framingham, Ashland, Holliston, Hopkinton, Natick, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland, Westborough, Dedham, Westwood, Norwood, and more as well as Worcester County.
Griswold Home Care is looking for those special individuals that are caring and compassionate and are dedicated to helping others. Griswold has over 30 years of experience providing quality home care to the elderly, disabled adults and individuals recovering from illness. We recognize that the elderly often lack the assistance they need to remain independent in the place they love - their own home. Griswold set out to offer a wide variety of in-home support services, with care plans customized to fit each client that could be adjusted as their needs change over time.
Requirements:
• Requires at least 1 years of caregiving experience, including 1:1 home care.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess a professional demeanor with a client-centered focus
Must live in the Massachusetts, Rhode Island area.
Valid Drivers license and valid transportation is preferred
