Account Managers operate as client advocates, collaborating with internal departments to ensure that clients’ needs are recognized and met. They will assist with sales, client concerns, data collection and analysis, and overall client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Possessing a strong desire to learn and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight and complete multiple tasks at once.
  • Dedication to others and the desire to go above and beyond.
  • Respects the importance of providing superior service to clients.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support sales management and staff Prepares quotes
  • Write and close applications / process reports.
  • Accurately document client information including, but not limited to address, billing information, account package, preferences etc.
  • To boost client retention, keep track of industry client service and sales trends.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by developing and delivering targeted product recommendations utilizing active listening abilities.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client concerns.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of your own and your team’s development.
