As a Boating Sales Rep, your main objective will be to sell motors to customers for repowers or drive revenue to Keelforce via new Mercury motor as a Mercury Marine Certified Repower Center. You will be responsible for putting together a strategy and finding new growth areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel to hunt strategies, engage with customers, and make a real impact in the marine consumer market

  • 5+ years experience in the sales and marine consumer markets
  • Self-motivation and problem solving skills

Someone who is a "boater" and understands the tone, challenges, and intricacies of the recreational boating market is ideal Customer-facing skills and tenacity are also important
