Introduction:
Cyrten and its partner are seeking a Project Integrator for a long-term program supporting an IC customer in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI full-scope polygraph clearance.
The Project Integrator will support the Customer's office in implementing the data modernization strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and facilitating collaboration across organizational boundaries. This includes managing IT program requirements, overseeing development, collaborating with data sources and interface partners, aligning multiple projects, streamlining applications, and updating data governance guidelines.
- Assist with gathering IT program requirements and translating them into JIRA user stories for development in a ServiceNow Application.
- Oversee development, schedule, and strategy to implement requirements in a ServiceNow application.
- Assist with IT collaboration across data sources and interface partners to ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance strategy.
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries to capture business data in an enterprise data dictionary, data catalog, and master data management plan.
- Align multiple projects across the enterprise and include the Customer’s equities into Master Schedules.
- Streamline or combine applications for business process improvement and assist with the decommissioning of legacy applications.
- Ensure organizational business entities are aware of the components of the data strategy and how it affects their applications, data repositories, and data governance.
- Update and manage data governance guidelines, policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and tasking guidance from the Customer is clear and unambiguous.
- Complete all necessary programmatic artifacts required to manage the program effectively and successfully.
- Provide executive technical writing support, editing, and integration of various sources into cohesive products and narratives.
- Compose and edit briefings, formal reports, documents, deliverables, and actions.
- Maintain records, reports, documentation, operating procedures, and internal memorandums and composed correspondence concerning IT project management.
Role:
- Demonstrated experience in technical project management and full life-cycle software development.
- Demonstrated experience managing and monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements.
- Demonstrated experience using Jira to develop user stories and manage backlogs and sprints for requirements tracking.
- Demonstrated experience managing ServiceNow Application development.
- Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, and tracking IT program requirements to ensure their implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with analysis and documentation of existing IT applications or processes to translate into customer requirements.
- Demonstrated experience developing IT application requirements into strategic roadmap approaches and milestones.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and running working groups to achieve common IT goals.
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and analyzing customer challenges to provide support for data management or governance applications.
- Demonstrated experience composing, editing, and briefing business and technical formal reports, proposals, and project deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience with program reviews and control gates as they align with timelines and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or project managers to prepare executive plans and reports.
- Demonstrated experience with executive technical writing or editing to create cohesive products and narratives for various audiences, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and strategic planning for building enterprise-wide roadmaps and milestone formulation.
Nice to Have:
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering using the customer’s agile methodology. 2. Demonstrated experience working in the Customer's existing environment or supporting the Customer’s strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with analysis and design of enterprise IT applications.
- Demonstrating experience analyzing legacy applications to determine how they can be replaced with COTS tools.
- Demonstrated experience with customers' portfolios and project management timelines or processes as they adhere to program reviews and control gates.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of existing Customer data management tools and capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience working with Customer’s community partners.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or relevant work experience.
