THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address their questions, concerns, or issues efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services, guiding customers to the appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide customers with the most current information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
