Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our commercial customers to maintain a high level of client retention and brand loyalty
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems to agent
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess an Active CA Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Prior Experience: Minimum of 2-years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
- Team Player: Collaborate efficiently with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
