ABOUT THE ROLE

The Culture Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and nurturing initiatives that promote our company values and enhance team member engagement and satisfaction. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our workplace environment supports our business objectives and reflects our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.​

Cultural Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cultural strategy aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.​
  • Conduct regular assessments of the company's culture and identify areas for improvement.​
  • Oversee and maintain the HR team calendar.​

Management:

  • Oversee and manage the culture team. ​
  • Guide and collaborate with all of the site office administrators on culture initiatives and budget items.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute team member engagement programs to enhance morale, motivation, and retention.​
  • Organize and oversee events, activities, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace environment.​
  • Coordinate travel and oversee the Disconnect to Connect program.​
  • Coordinate team outings across all sites during site visits.​
  • Oversee and manage holiday parties, gifts, and awards.​
  • Oversee and manage Site level and Corporate level offsite annual events.​
  • Organizer and planner for the annual wellness month and other culture initiatives such as Preply, professional admins day, national intern day, etc.​​

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.​
  • Develop and implement training programs that raise awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion issues.​
  • Oversee community outreach initiatives for corporate and site teams working with the finance and Comms teams.​

Communication:

  • Foster open and transparent communication channels across all levels of the organization.​
  • Create and distribute regular updates and communications that reinforce company culture and values.​
  • Oversee outline and updates for company town halls.​
  • Manage the Buzz Slack Channel - birthday/anniversary posts, initiatives, holidays, etc.​
  • Organizer and presenter of the weekly HR sync slide deck presentations.​

Onboarding and Training:

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure that new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the company culture.​
  • Develop and deliver training programs that support cultural alignment and team member development.​
  • 30 and 90 day team member check-ins​
  • Assist in coordinating new corporate team member site visits.​

Recognition and Rewards:

  • Implement recognition and reward programs that acknowledge and celebrate team member contributions and achievements.​
  • Ensure that recognition programs are fair, inclusive, and aligned with company values.​
  • Track team member life events and handle baby gifts, get well, sympathy, wedding gifts, etc.​

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Use surveys, feedback, and other tools to measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives.​
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and report findings to senior management.​

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.​
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium to large organization.​
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and the factors that influence it.​
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.​
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.​
  • Certification in diversity and inclusion (preferred).​
  • Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.​
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.​
  • Empathetic and able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.​
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.​

ABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT​

This role is in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida with the expectations of business travel as needed to our various work site locations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.​
