  • Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using BMC Helix Remedy-Smart Reporting, BMC Helix Remedy-DWP & SmartIT, BMC Helix Dashboards, and BMC Helix Remedy.
  • Administration related to BMC Remedy ITSM system.
  • Understand client functional requirements and interfaces . Coordination with client & technical team to assess reporting requirement related to BMC Remedy and provide solutions to the client.
  • Manages & handle communication with client, different stake holders, requesters for resolution of the tickets.
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest levels of data delivery, customer satisfaction and meeting SLA Ability.
  • Understand the Infrastructure of current environment.
  • Experience on below following BMC components: BMC ITSM, BMC Service Request Management BMC Service Level Management, BMC Analytics, BMC Dashboards and Smart Reporting.
  • Knowledge of BMC Workflows.
  • Develop and maintain documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend improvements to existing infrastructure.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored infrastructure solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring that infrastructure solutions support business goals and societal impact.
